Overview
TyED Academy is committed to ensuring that all learners are supported throughout their educational experience. This policy outlines the processes in place to guide learners through feedback, resubmission, and re-enrollment if they encounter challenges in meeting course requirements.
✅ 1. Mastery-Based Assessment Approach
The Certified AI Coach course does not operate on a rigid pass/fail structure. Instead, learner progress is assessed based on:
Engagement with course content
Completion of weekly assignments and the final capstone
Demonstration of core competencies in ethical AI integration and coaching application
Learners are encouraged to develop at their own pace within the course timeline, with structured opportunities for reflection and improvement.
✅ 2. Feedback & Resubmission Policy
If a learner’s capstone project or required coursework does not meet program standards:
The instructor will provide personalized, constructive feedback
The learner will have up to 14 days to revise and resubmit the project
One resubmission is included at no additional cost
This process ensures fairness while maintaining the quality and standards expected of CPD-accredited learners.
🔁 3. Course Re-Enrollment Policy
If a learner is unable to complete the course due to non-submission, incomplete attendance, or unforeseen circumstances, the following re-enrollment support is offered:
Free Re-Enrollment Window: Learners may rejoin one future cohort within 6 months of their original start date at no additional cost
Extended Option: After 6 months, learners may re-enroll at a discounted re-entry rate
All learners re-enrolled under either policy will receive access to the latest course updates and resources
This approach allows learners to complete the certification on a realistic timeline while respecting their personal and professional obligations.
📬 4. Additional Learner Support
Learners may request one-on-one support sessions with the instructor for clarification
Email and chat-based support is provided throughout the course duration
Accessibility and special learning accommodations are available on request (see Equal Treatment Policy)
